Q: How long does it take to ship an order?

A: Orders are shipped within 0-2 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the courier company or postal authorities.

Q: How are international orders shipped?

A: For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.

Q: How are domestic orders shipped?

A: For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Q: What happens if there is a delay in delivery?

A: ShopZippy is not liable for any delay in delivery by our shipping partners. However, Once we have received and verified your order, we will begin shipping within next 4-12 hours.

Q: How will I know when my order is delivered?

A: Delivery of your order will be confirmed on your mail ID along with SMS as specified during registration. If you have any issues or concerns regarding the delivery, you can contact our helpdesk at 9555662662 or wecare@shopzippy.in.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided once the shipment is picked by our delivery partners.

Please check your email / SMS for the tracking information.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please make sure to provide the correct address at the time of order placement. In rare events if the delivery location is within the same locality / city of the address mentioned while ordering you can request for it within 30 mins after placing the order. 

Once the order is packed we won't be able honor any such requests.

Q: What if I am not available to receive the package?

A: If you are not available to receive the package, the courier company will usually make multiple delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, refund will be processed within 24 hours of order being returned to us after our delivery partner.

Please note RTO charges as applicable will be applicable in that case.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Can I request expedited shipping?

A: Yes, you can request expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please contact our helpdesk for more information and to arrange for expedited shipping.

Q: What if my order is lost during shipping?

A: In the rare event that your order is lost during shipping, please contact our helpdesk immediately. We will work with the courier company to locate the package or provide a suitable resolution.
